General Description
Tin Series Stabilizer is classified by Mercaptan, Laurate, Maleate. Specially Mercaptide represent the excellent heat stability and transparency. Octyl and Methyl are used for the nontoxic hard material processing. It is low lubricant, so the prescription of lubricant material is necessary, and the material will largely affect to the quality of the PVC products. Mercaptide stabilizer also endows the variable functions by the technical combination, and can make the maximum effect. Simply a certain product having a high Sn Contant cannot be considered as a good product. The weakened Weatherability by the self-oxidation through Sulfurs¡æsulfoxide¡æSulfone, and the offensive odor by Mercaptan(-SH) group are a weakness.
