General DescriptionPBC-SERIESTM Stabilizer is an organic complex stabilizer in one-package type for general processing. It is used on processing of Soft-PVC, calender for Semi-rigid PVC, extrusion and profile extrusion, injection molding, and specifically processing of Plastisol. It is good to Heat stability, Weatherability, Initial color, Color chroma, etc. According to the excellent Self-lubrication and the Harmony of interior and exterior lubricant balance, any extra usage of lubricant material is not necessary. When it is used with E.S.O.(epoxied soy bean oil), the heat stability is improved. It requires attentiveness for the toxicity of heavy metal and the Sulfide staining(CdS, PbS).
