    General Description

For the difficult high temperature processing with the liquid BC and BZ stabilizer, when to increase the processing temperature in order to produce the high quality product, the secondary process and the continuous task have the advantage because the Ba/Zn powder complex stabilizer has the excellent long term heat stability and the excellent dynamic flow. Specially it is suitable for the process of semi-rigid material over 10-20phr of the content of the plasticizer.
The VOC problem was improved by the technical treatment, and the typical blooming problem for the powder stabilizer was also solved.

    General Description

The PCP-Series is a Calcium Zinc series complex stabilizer. To increase the special function, the organic Calcium series liquid stabilizer will be used together.
It is not include the harmful heavy metal in the RoSH regulation. It shows the excellent lubrication, and the typical blooming phenomenon in the powder stabilizer is overcome technically, and it has a special characteristic to be used for the transparent thing.
It is used in the general soft PVC products. There are new products like the High Congo Red Requirement products which represent sulfurs discoloration, and keep the variable functions.
Specially Pb series substitutions which are well fit for the requirement of hard material products, are using now. The elasticity and flexibility is excellent, and Smoke density is also excellent. It is applied to the boat, the instrument of water excursion, and the waterproof sheet of swimming pool.
