BC SERIES(lq) Liquid Heat Stabilizer
- General Description
PBC-SERIESTM Stabilizer is an organic complex stabilizer in one-package type for general processing. It is used on processing of Soft-PVC, calender for Semi-rigid PVC, extrusion and profile extrusion, injection molding, and specifically processing of Plastisol. It is good to Heat stability, Weatherability, Initial color, Color chroma, etc. According to the excellent Self-lubrication and the Harmony of interior and exterior lubricant balance, any extra usage of lubricant material is not necessary. When it is used with E.S.O.(epoxied soy bean oil), the heat stability is improved. It requires attentiveness for the toxicity of heavy metal and the Sulfide staining(CdS, PbS).

BZ SERIES(lq) Liquid Heat Stabilizer
- General Description
PBZ-SERIESTM Stabilizer for suspension PVC is semi-nontoxic. It was developed as a counter product for the Cadmium and Lead series stabilizer. Mainly it is applied to Soft-PVC(above 30phr Plasticizer). It is an organic liquid stabilizer in one-package type, and keeps a excellent Self-lubrication. Specifically it shows no Sulfide staining, and doesn’t have Blooming and Bleeding. In comparison with BC series, the Initial color and the Heat stability is lowered. But using with the inorganic Auxiliary additives, the high transparency, the high heat stability and the coloration can be improved.

BZ SERIES(lq) Liquid Heat Stabilizer
- General Description
Non-embossing heat stabilizer for Emulsion PVC mainly allows the good heat stability in the static state, instead of showing the lubricant point. Therefore, the processing method is mainly planar or static.
Non-embossing heat stabilizer for E-PVC is mainly classified in two types, Ba-Zn and Ca-Zn series. Depends on the emulsion of PVC and the processing compound, the variable shapes, like viscosity problem, mutual melting, transparency, etc., can be shown. The specific odor of Paste resin is eliminated each other.

- General Description
PCZ-Series Stabilizer has an excellent Self-lubrication during the process of soft material, and it is nontoxic in general.
It is suitable for the combination and the prescription for the high Plasticizer content(above 60phr), and has a specification of non-strong and subtle odor. Its general function is similar to BZ Series organic liquid stabilizer.

CZ SERIES(lq) Liquid Heat Stabilizer
- General Description
Ca-Zn Series Heat Stabilizer is weaker in the heat stability and the transparency than BZ Series Heat stabilizer, but in the specification of one-package type, the viscosity problem and the changing over time does not come with it. It is nontoxic, and sulfide staining is not shown. Specifically Ca/Zn can bring the problem of the thixotropy of viscosity and Pinhole by the problem of Plastisol stabilizer.

Organic SERIES(lq) Embossing Liquid Stabilizer
- General Description
Mechanism of Embossing Stabilizer gives stability to the emboss forming by the mutual activity of balancing in the acceleration or retardation of the resolution temperature with the embossing material.
Embossing Stabilizer has very great influence on the stability for the heat transition(early embossing problem), cell structure forming, surface smoothness problem, white chromaticity, plate out problem of Embossing or Guide Roll, etc.
Also, PBS-Series cause the quick reaction by the Kicker’s act.

Sn Mercaptan SERIES(lq) Liquid stabilizer
- General Description
Tin Series Stabilizer is classified by Mercaptan, Laurate, Maleate. Specially Mercaptide represent the excellent heat stability and transparency. Octyl and Methyl are used for the nontoxic hard material processing.
It is low lubricant, so the prescription of lubricant material is necessary, and the material will largely affect to the quality of the PVC products.
Mercaptide stabilizer also endows the variable functions by the technical combination, and can make the maximum effect. Simply a certain product having a high Sn Contant cannot be considered as a good product.
The weakened Weatherability by the self-oxidation through Sulfurs→sulfoxide→Sulfone, and the offensive odor by Mercaptan(-SH) group are a weakness.
